If you had to pick strictly on looks

Say you had to pick your next dog based strictly on looks. Intelligence, temperament, exercise, compatibility with your lifestyle......none of that matters. Which breed or mix would you select?

I've always loved the look of the pharoh hound. Such a beautiful, elegant dog. I also think that the Tosa Inu is a gorgeous-looking breed.

There are several breeds that I love the looks of, one of which is your blackmouth cur Gemp. But since I can only choose my absolute fav, I'll have to say Doberman. They've got it all....brains and beauty.

But, I must say, that the fila is a beautiful animal.. in all aspects. Will always have one.

Hmmm that is a toughy because I find so many breeds to be so stunning...But I think I would have to go with what I have, SIberian Husky. I never get stopped with any other dog as often as I get stopped when I am walking one of my two. Even "dog haters" love them just because of their beauty...

Hmm... Either Japanese Akita Inus (I prefer them to the American Akitas)
Or Aussies! and to be fussy- Aussies with blue eyes and blue merle coats!

Although i found a stunning Greenland dog, take a look below...

But i can't seem to find any more of them with looks to kill..

On looks alone, I would take almost any of the sighthounds. I love their streamlined, alert looks -- the Afghan Hound in particular looks like complete royalty. I also LOVE the look of a standard Poodle (black, if I can be picky) in a medium-short lamb clip. I love the looks of Papillons too, the flamboyant ears and tail just add to their immense personalities. I like the almost feral look of the Northern breeds like Siberian/Alaskan Huskies, Malamutes, etc.

I like the looks of Border Collies too, and I'm especially partial to my Eve. She has the build and elegance of a sighthound (impossible to capture in photos) and when she runs, she seems to always be floating a few inches above the ground. Plus I'm a bit partial to the tuxedo look in a black and white dog. They always match what I'm wearing

Buuuuuuut, so many breeds are stunning!

Border Collie - Black and White very clean, sharp look. I prefer a working bred rough coat.
Aussie - Red, I'm assuming it would be called Red Merle? I've only seen a few pictures but they are absolutely stunning!

Newfoundland - I LOVE the Black.
Golden - Very well bred show lines though.

I would so love to have an Afghan Hound. I probably will at some point. They are gorgeous, and I've loved the ones I've met.

Other than that, Scottish Deerhound, Basenji, German Shorthaired Pointer, English Springer Spaniel, Giant Schnauzer, Smooth Fox Terrier, Chinese Crested, Belgian Sheepdog, Briard, Sheltie, and Border Collie.

I think that's all, lol.
