I can't believe this. According to the weather forecast, it's going to be 107 degrees here on Friday. ONE HUNDRED AND SEVEN.

Extreme heat isn't exactly a weird phenomenon here in Texas. But c'mon, it's not even June yet! Usually we don't see over 105 until at least late June. I think Friday will find me sitting on the couch, the A/C blaring, and either an ice-cold pina colada or sangria in hand. Or perhaps one in each hand. ;)

How's everyone else doing? Roasting, freezing, or more bad storms?

Nearly 90 . . . . although frankly, I think we've actually been past that. WAY too early for that here. These last several summers have been getting hotter, earlier and staying that way longer :( Our winters have been milder, too, with the few days of real winter we get being fewer.

It finally quit raining today and has been a partly cloudy 65 for most of the day. It's supposed to be pretty nice this weekend too, though not quite as hot as they were originally predicting.

Since Saturday it has been between 25-30*C, and sunny, here. Looks like it will be that way for the forseeable future, as well. It really has been getting hotter earlier the last few years.

We have been in the 60's and 70's, occasional 80's. We have had a lot of rain, almost daily. Currently, we are under a tornado watch until 2am.

I just heard on tv that there's a reported tornado south of us with injuries. All the poor people.. it is heart breaking.

Rained and was pretty unpleasantly chilly (50s with no sun/wet) all week, but yesterday and today it was HOT and humid and sunny.

95ish like Jessie said. Although, it seemed unusually hot this day because while playing frisbee, my feet burned. If I wasn't moving quickly, I had to be standing in the shade. And that doesn't usually happen till later in the year. Hmph
