Nobody would say anything about a grown woman choosing to bring a dog into her life while living with her parents as long as they were supportive, which I believe she has mentioned that they are regarding this pregnancy, so... just stop digging yourself a deeper hole and mind your own business.

Well, its already happened, so no choice but ti be supportive I guess??? And me having an opinion about this is indicative if empathy ... just saying. It is not like I am trying to be a dick, here.

A sociopath (someone who possesses no morality or empathy) has opinions on lots of things. You having an opinion on this is not an indicator of empathy. You have demonstrated very little understanding in the way of empathy. In order to possess empathy, you would need to see things from anyone else's side and understand why they do what they do. You do not understand why they do what they do, and therefore you do not possess much in the way of empathy.

This not me calling you a sociopath, only a professional can diagnose this. I'm just debunking your (yet another) strange notions.

Opinion /= empathy.

ETA: You really need to stop obsessing over what other people are doing with their lives. You've been obsessing over this for weeks, after you constantly checked the mom-to-be thread (why one would continually check a thread they find disgusting, who knows).

For the love of God, STOP!!

For someone who doesn't like or want kids you sure have a strong opinion of them and how to raise them, and yes stop stalking the mom thread

Only nasty people end up thinking this forum is cliquey. And that's a clique I'm okay with having. :)

If you don't like kids and motherhood then why would you be interested in following a thread about kids and motherhood and pregnancy? Maybe turn off the email notifications? Maybe?

I would not want to be email notified about threads I don't care about/dislike the topic of.

?? I'm not stalking you, I've just seen the posts you've made here in this thread and at DF in the child-free thread talking about things that have been said only in the mom thread. You're obviously reading it and picking things out to bitch about.

You get that the things you post in public threads are still there once you've moved on to another post, right?

Personally I've gotten to the point where I ignore a certain person's posts on some topics. There is some troll-like behavior on here. :D

So these are my favorite quotes friends the thread. I feel like we should have a poll to see which one is the most popular?

Mind your own business.
Oh for the love of god. "Just trying to understand," suuuuure.
Were you raised in a bubble?

And really if you'd like to judge, you are how old? And you still live with your parents. Funny how that works.
as someone who has professed their great dislike of children and other people in general why not just crawl back under that rock where you and everyone else will be better off?

Like anybody has had a "perfect" childhood or anything even close to it. Man am I thankful for the experiences i've had or I could end up as small minded as some.
You literally have the least empathy of anyone I have ever met.

I have an idea DD - whenever you read something about children...take a breath and do NOT respond.

Right? And I would add, stop stalking the mom's thread.
I Kind of feel like Sassafras is winning here.. But Greenmagick and RBark are really strong.
