Two Of My Perpetual Puppy!

[hey_jude]

I swear, Jonah never gets older looking! Well he does, but he still looks really young to me. At 6 months now, he still looks like such a little fluffball puppy I think. Jude looked so much older at this age- Jude looked almost like he does now.

Had to come and update with a few of him- will take more this week- I am so behind on Jonah and Jude pictures! I've been so busy with work- I need to catch up here!

He's gorgeous! How's he comparing to Jude? We need some more Jude pics, I'm having withdrawals. It's too bad we both had to move away.

Thanks Sizzle! I barely do- hah. I can't be mad at him.

Lauren- I know He's still a lot smaller than Jude! He is fluffier than Jude, has a bigger forehead, dopier expressions and not as smart (hah!) but really a little sweetheart. He also has a slightly more showdog look- fluffy, wider face, shorter snout. Not as bad as most show border collies- but a bit more than working.

In terms of personality- Jude is STUBBORN! He's manipulative, he's bratty, he's very type a sometimes.. he can be really high strung and frustrating (not as bad as some bc's, but less than Jonah!). Jonah is really mr. happy go lucky. He's just a happy, easy boy. He's cuddly, doesn't hold back his love, and just happy to be alive- hah! He's smart too- but in a different way. He learns tricks VERY easily- he just doesn't think about the world quite as much as Jude does.

I will take some tomorrow- my poor boys. It's just like the shoemaker's kids never wearing shoes- lately the photographers dogs don't get photographed!

Oh and despite being more of a doer than a thinker like Jude is, Jonah is more careful than Jude. He gets nervous more easily-new experiences are scarier to him. I didn't do as much socialization (i still did a lot but still) so that could be why.

That's funny calling Jude high strung. He's such an old soul to me. You can definitely tell Jude is a thinker hanging around him a bit. He reminds me a lot of Bernard, just zen and observing everything. I was thoroughly impressed with him. He was pretty young and still so well behaved.

He is definitely a bit stockier looking than Jude. Jude was so lanky. They're both gorgeous, though. Jonah has such pretty pretty eyes.

Thank you! Haha that's true... Jude can be incredibly relaxed and yes- totally an old soul- but then sometimes a real pain in the butt. Jonah is more of a young soul- granted he's a puppy- but it's just his nature. He's innocent, naive, and sees things at face value. Even the day I picked Jude up from the breeder- he was nothing like that. He was a thinker from day one. I remember him sitting there in the carrier in the passengers seat just tilting his head quietly and watching me. Too funny...


Yes he's definitely heftier. And a total food hound- still!
