Mia is completely indescribable. She's truly a great dog. She's a lot of fun and a lot of work but is just a great personality to have around. She loves tennis balls and playing chase. She's a mama's girl for sure. I like to say that pound for pound you will not find a dog with more personality. What Mia lacks in size she makes up tenfold in spunk. Best dog ever.

Ok, so technically she's not mine (she's my grandma's)... but she's here practically all the time, so she can kind of sort of be an honorary little Chaz dog. Right?

Aura is one of the most confident, outgoing, personable dogs I've ever known. She is independent but affectionate at the same time, and you definitely know who her person is. She's playful and funny, but isn't overly energetic. She's happy to do what you want when you feel like doing it, but is otherwise content just to sleep most of the day. When she is out, she's always on the go though. She's very intelligent but is very hard headed. She definitely has to think something is worthwhile for her to bother with it. She definitely is a big thinker with a huge mind of her own. She's quite a snooty little thing and thinks she should be treated like royalty. She is also very kind, patient and gentle. Her one and only downfall is that she has a hard time keeping her tongue to herself, but she tries hard not to lick when you tell her to stop.

Chulita: Mocha. also byb. So very sweet, lady-like....a princess. She's friendly and outgoing and very spunky but not one bit hyper. Neither of them are.

Jackson is a wonderful spirit. He's been my best friend for 3 years now and is honestly the best little pal I could have asked for. He's energetic, very active, but not really "hyper" (except, of course, sometimes). He's always curious, happy, and wants to be with me all day, every day if he had the choice; very bonded to me, however he also loves my immediate family and close friends as well. Once he loves you, he loves you forever, though upon initial meeting, he may be shy. He's super spunky with lots of stamina - loves his jump on everything. Would much prefer to be outside exploring than being in my arms or my lap. He's a fantastic traveling companion. Oh, and he's soooo super smart; so willing to learn and eager to try anything.

My photography really doesn't do her justice - she is such a great subject and always doing dicky and fun things... but I never seem to be able to capture them. I must just try harder!
Abby is quite full of herself. She is playful and happy to go on walks and engage in training... but truly her favourite thing to do is hang out with her people, napping. She'll go with whoever is napping or on the couch. She is not particularly loyal to anything but her creature comforts lol. She has an independent streak. She is also quite highly strung. Can be quite affectionate, but on her terms. She isn't a needy dog... except for somewhere soft to lay.
She has been an interesting dog to work out and I will admit that I was quite confused by her for the first couple of years. But I slowly grew to understand her better and now we do have what I think is a pretty special bond. Upon reflection, I think I was a pretty confusing person to be around as well at first!
Oh, and her other absolute favourite thing to do is hang out with/chase/wrestle/pounce on etc our 11 year old Stafford, Grace. When Abby came home as a very small pup, Grace just fell in love and has been besotted ever since. They still play everyday - chase in the backyard, wrestling in the kitchen (Grace doesn't even have to get up from lying down lol.) I get so much joy from watching those two play.
BTW - I love Tibetan Spaniels, it's so lovely to see one! Aura sounds just wonderful.
