Well not really a complete after shot yet I still have lots to lose but here is a photo taken today and one from back in december.

I have officially lost 40 lbs so far. I started at 249 and I'm not at 209. So the first picture is from december (I was less than 249 at that point already)

Thanks everyone yes I notice a big difference in the way I feel. both the way I feel about myself and my energy levels. I can go to the park and run around with hannah for much longer than I could before. I can bring the groceries up the stairs from the car without feeling like I'm about to die lol

Thank you You guys are making me blush lol. Now that I put these pictures up together I can really notice the difference myself. It's hard to notice it when you are the one losing it and you look at yourself everyday lol.
