Even if you know it wont happen or wont happen.. lol

Mine:
-When I move out I want to get a Small breed dog from rescue.

-I want to adopt a Pittbull from a shelter. (For soe reason I have a Soft spot for tripod pits. Dont ask.loll.. But if theres one out there in the future.. I wana adopt it.)

-Obviously I want a German shepherd (Or 6)

-I want a fila but im pretty sure it wont happen, im not sure if im the right person for one.

-I want a Great dane.. I can see that happening..

-I want a border collie ! .. I LOVE them!

- I want a Labrador retriever.

-And A rottie..

A long haired whippett would be nice too :p

Oh and a Golden..

Ok , I hope I live a Very long life!:yikes:

I just love them all SO much... I want em all..

I want a well bred WORKING border collie and a well bred shepherd.. The rest Ill look into for rescue:p

I might be too old already to get another dog because I don't want another one as long as I have the two Chihuahuas. Two is my new number....my limit. Of course, two really isn't two. It's three. I also have Tokie, my son's dog....at least for now...probably for a year or so until he finds a suitable living situation for a dog and for him. But, if I ever get another dog, I see myself with another Chihuahua or two or a Poodle. I've always been enthralled with Poodles. A standard Poodle really attracts my attention. However, small dogs might be the wiser choice, so a miniature might be best. There are so many attributes to little dogs.

There are indeed many cool breeds and of course, Dobermans will always hold a special place in my heart. But the way my life style these days has been evolving, I probably couldn't give a Dobe all he should have.

I want and will have a pit bull from a rescue. Other than that, I've liked Dals, I'd love to rescue a deaf one. Boxers are also awesome. But I think I'm probably going to end up sticking with pitties, if I end up with a dog friendly one maybe I'll have a dog of another breed/mix too, if not one dog is just fine for me.

Fila Brasiliero, Cane Corso, and Presa Canario. These breeds appeal to me because I love their guardian qualities, I love how devoted they are to their owners, and I love how there are still many breeders breeding them for work. Both the presa and the corso are also being bred for show, but I have been checking out breeders just for fun and there are many who are breeding for the total dog, not just a pretty face. (Which is good, because a lot of the show presas I have seen are horrifying).

If I want a fila pup, I know who to talk to. ;) And I'm glad I have that connection, because I browsed fila breeders on the internet just for sh*ts and giggles, and I didn't find any I would remotely consider buying a pup from. 0_o

Oh yeah, and I would like to have an APBT sometime.

german shepherd/
toy poodle.
Dobie.
along with more collies.
Id love other breeds, but those above 3 I will have for sure one day. I see the toy poodle in the near future, next 7 or 8 months maybe. who knows if it will be a purebred, not sure if I want to go through a great breeder, or rescue. Ill probably end up with rescue poodle or poodlemix.

Papillons and at least one of them to be a phalene. A border collie is definitely in my future one day. Another sheltie and another German Shepherd definitely. I want my GSD and most paps from a good breeder. For shelties and bcs probably will rescue. I'd like one really well bred bc one day though.

That's about all for the short list. The long list includes whippets, pyrenian shepherds, australian shepherds, doberman, mudi, tollers, Ibizan, and kooikerhondje. Don't know if I'll have any of those, but I would totally not be opposed to them. ;)

What I want and what we'll have are two different things (kind of).

Besides Labs, I'd like to have PP Chinese Crested, Norwegian Elkhound, Siberian and a Doberman. Hubby wants nothing other than Labs (or Golden). So, years from now, when you see an old couple hobbling around with a senior Lab- that'll be us! :lol-sign:

Filas and APBTs. Every Mastiff should have an APBT buddy!

If I were ever to run across another Bimmer I wouldn't hesitate, but I'm afraid he's a one of a kind.

I could see having another Aussie.

I will say my dad jokes that I want one of every breed and I'd have one of each if that was possible. That pretty much sums up my feelings on dogs. I have yet to meet a breed that I would say absolutely no to.

Dustin loves Corgis. I really adore them as well. We may someday be in the position to rescue a Corgi. :)

Other than that, I have no real preference to ever searching for a particular breed ever again. Any dog of any breed or mix from rescue will be just fine. :) I particularly have a thing for senior dogs.

I think my next dog will be a female BC, probably from a breeder again, but possibly from rescue. I feel more comfortable with the idea of a rescue now that I have a dog and have hands on experience with the breed.

I will have more pits, though maybe not always, and possibly only seniors. They will always, always have a huge place in my heart, but sometimes the dog-dog thing is so freaking impractical.

I really like Dobermans and Standard Poodles. I really like Greyhounds. I would like to know more Tollers because the couple I've met have intrigued me.

I've been all distracted by small breed dogs lately. I could see myself with another Miniature Poodle.

And dammit, I'm intrigued by Borderstaffs. Which is probably not something I should admit in public. But it's true nonetheless.

Oh, and when I'm old and gray and crotchety, a Frenchie.

There are some sighthounds I am really interested in having one day.

Azawakh
Sloughi
Saluki
Afghan
Deerhound
American staghound or shag/stag mix

If I could get my hands on one, I'd be very interested in a taigan, at least meeting some and seeing if they are something I'd want.

Scenthounds:

Running walker
Plott

Other:

Filas, I don't know if I am right for one, but they impress the heck out of me.

A geriatric siberian husky. I'd love to adopt an older guy some day to run with my hounds.

A pittie. Some day, when we are not in the renting scene any more I will get a bully dog.

Collie. I don't really want one but I can see peer pressure landing one at our home some day, lol. They are awesome, I just don't think I could live with a brain melting collie bark.

My list...
Pug
Australian Shepherd
Long Haired Whippet
Bernese Mountain Dog

That's been my list for the longest time... those will be the well bred pure breds, then I'll rescue some as well :)

I would love to have a Red dobie, but chances of me ever having one are slim. The same sex thing would prevent me from ever owning one.
One breed I could see my self owning besides a Dal (there will always be atleast one in my life) is a Basenji.

Dobermans

Boxers

Dogo Argentino

Irish Wolfhound

Vizsla

Australian Cattle Dog

Perhaps a Saluki (but im not sure if my personality is right for hounds, sight or scent)
