I admit, I do weigh myself every morning… used to weigh every morning and night! I only "officially" weigh myself once a week, which is Monday's right now, I like the every morning weigh in just keep an eye on how things are going… this week for instance I'm Gonna be over 4 pounds if it keeps up the way it is

Oh and that TOM!? I can gain 4 to 10 pounds overnight! In the past I tracked my weight on a graph and you could see the little spikes and always tell when it had been that TOM :)
I'd really check your scale. If you're gaining weight while you sleep, your scale isn't very accurate, or you're getting up and eating and drinking in your sleep :)

I weigh often morning and night too. I'm not obsessed over fluctuation, I'd like to see that it's going downward slowly though over time.

I meant when on my period the weight comes on "overnight" not literally heavier in the morning, I am always 2-3 pounds lighter at least in the morning I just put a bunch of retention weight on during that TOM

9 more pounds to go for me! I just weighed in this morning (even after eating breakfast) and I'm 2lbs down total. I just want to lose those 9lbs before May and I'll be happy :D 105 was my college weight which has been my goal.

CONGRATS to everyone for doing such a AWESOME job! You all rock :D

Hey, woo hoo! You done good girl.:thumbsupsmileyanim: We have a similar amount to lose, although I need to lose more... about 15 lbs and after gaining some during the holidays, it's making it even harder. Grrr. My ideal weight should be 115 according to the "formula." If I could even get to 120, I'd be pretty stoked.

Congrats to everyone for your successes. :)

Trying something new this week. Going to not eat back the calories I burned and see how that does with the weight loss. The other day I burned almost 800 calories and the next day gained a pound - I maybe ate 1/2 back because I was starving.

That's the one thing I don't like about the My Fitness Pal app. After you exercise the calories you burned are available for "re-eating." I try to not eat those calories, because it seems kind of pointless to exercise and then eat more to make up for it.

Some people say you should, some people say you shouldn't. I log my exercise as well in my food journal under Reverse Exercise so it takes it out of my available eating allotment.

Even with eating them you are still in deficit. So by eating them you make sure your metabolism stays full steam ahead. If I was worried about calories I would eat them back, or at least some of them if I was hungry.

I am eating less/less carbs especially & going to the gym more regularly... but the scale is fluctuating so much I'm getting frustrated.

So I just made a Cheesecake... someone tell me they are disgusting so I won't be tempted to eat any?! :p

I didn't exercise today (as usual), but I'll be doing crunches and squats/squat holds. I really need to add some upper body exercises though... anyone have favorites?

Tomorrow I'm going to go by the college gym and see about getting my membership... I'm also going to be upping my walking. I usually walk 2-2.15 miles M-F. One time around the block in town is 2/miles, so 2 laps shouldn't be anything and that'll get me up two 4 miles.

3-week weigh-in: 22.7 lbs down! Can I get a WHOOT WHOOT?!
Awesome :D :D
