4 breeds are banned here,the Fila,the Dogo argentino,the APBT(even though there are loads here) and the Japenese Tosa.

Those pics are great! Aslan is one of the most handsome dogs I've ever seen. Hes got some girth to him, doesn't he!?!

Thing is, the Fila is NOT a fighting dog. Of all the mastiff breeds, the Fila is the most amiable with other dogs - even strange ones.

They are hunters of jaguar . . . and anything else that needs hunting, Dom. As well as superlative herders and herd managers, guardians of property and person, tracking dogs, pretty much an all purpose breed. I've had GSDs all my life and loved them, but as a breed they don't even compare in their abilities, and the Fila bond is just, well, on a totally different plane.
