My dad puts a product in it in the spring called SHADE. It inhibits sunlight from penetrating and causing algae growth. Keeps the water so clear.
I wish we had gone just a bit earlier, I lost the sunlight, so many of the photos were too dark.
The catfish in this pond are so big they make these huge splashes and noises when they come up to the top to feed on the fish food. It is a great place to spend a warm evening, exercise dogs, and relax.
Sure is quiet around here this evening.

Often I can't tell either, Juicy. I sure can't in that photo, altho I suspect Mike is closest to the duck, I am in no way sure.
Maybe I should dot the top of their heads with paint before they go in so I can tell from a distance who is who. LOL
The other week when I started out I put (I thought) Mike and Pen in their crates. When I got where I was going to take them out, I noticed that Penny was a boy. haha.
