Ontario big meet up?

Spring is here, (kind of) and its soon going to be nice!

So if I was to host a meet up when would people be most likely able to make it?

Particulars:

I am 1.5 hours from Toronto and 3 hours from ottawa.
People are more than welcome to camp here. (in fact it would make it more fun as we can then all have a camp fire)
I have a 100 X 110 agility ring that will be fully fenced for people to let dogs play (or practise agility)
Lure coursing is a possibility too.
Thinking potluck type meals

We can even visit the 'go swim' if its warm enough.

So who might come when?
 
As long as I could get there, I would be up for it :) Of course I would be dogless, and it would depend on when (if it is a weekend I have off, if I am even here, etc)
 
That sounds amazing except for being 10 hours away!
 
people can stay the weekend (make more sense if you do the drive) I have driven 12+ hours to spend the weekend at the KY horse park for the Rolex :D Its all good.

I have a pond for dogs to splash in, but its too little to practise dd stuff. (though I am sure we could find a dock lol)
 
Sounds good; my schedule is full of doggy shows and horsey shows in the summer; so I'll wait until other folks chime in on good dates.
 
When would this be, and how far is Ontario from the US border? I'm going to be in Northern Wisconsin in July-August, but I'll be dog-less.
 
umm the border of ontario IS the border to the US.. they touch, a lot lol.
 
Id love to come out for the day and/or night.

My scheduele in summer is pretty...open Since I make my own work hours.
 
I'll be there :) Only dates all summer that aren't good for me are June 11th weekend and the August long weekend.

If anyone is wary of camping (I know not everyone is the camping type), I have two spare rooms (one that should have a bed by then, the other would be air mattress equipped. I live in town, about 15 minutes drive to the festivities at Dekka's.
 
Eep, it's about 13 hours from where I'm going to be (Boulder Junction, Wisconsin).

One of these days I want to make a trip up to Canada, though, so maybe I'll be able to make it to a future meet up. :)
 
I'm for sure in! Sounds like a total blast (:

I'll be in Pennsylvania June 11-12, and at horse shows June 25-26 and August 20-21.
 
Ooooo I'd be down for sure!!!!! My availability is fairly open. Most weekends I go to the rodeo but the only one we really make sure to get to every summer is Holstein Rodeo July 7-10. I think there might be a couple other specific rodeos and shows we want to get to but can't remember them off the top of my head. Are you figuring to make it in the summer after school is out? I'd have the huskies along, we just camp out of the back of my truck hehehe
 
school is done for me in less than a month lol. Thats the only school I am worrying about :D I was thinking june or end of august.

If there is any chance of me making it at all, it would be in the end of August, since I already have a trip planned for May and another in June would be too soon. That said, I would say do not count on me going when planning a time :p
 
Me too? I know I don't post much on here but I read and lurk a lot. Sam would have a blast at the very least! Where exactly are you? If you don't want to post then message me maybe?
 
I need to get my dates hammered down this summer. I will be gone for about a month. But august should be safe. How is august for everyone else?
