This is where I'll update the forum about Misty's accidental litter. For more about my story, so we can avoid fighting, please visit my main topic on my dogs.

Here is some pictures of just two from the litter. The one that is white with brown is our favorite, she is the biggest and growls and moves a lot. She is very healthy, same with the others, but she is so different.

This is the pup we would want to keep, hell we would want to keep them all, however we don't have a big enough area for so many. All are going into good hands and all adopters will be kept in touch with and if anything goes wrong, they will give the pups back to me before sending them off anywhere else, I'll make sure of that.

Here is a gal that is spoken for, the lady is a sweet girl that lives not to far from us, and they are super excited on getting here.

These photos were taken today, their eyes have started to open, since yesterday.

I'm very happy about how healthy they are and how wonderful Misty is being a mother, this being her first and last time(again to read my story, go to a different topic).

Just thought I'd share with you all how they are doing, and everyone is doing wonderful, I get a lot of phone calls a day, going to make sure each person is the right person for the dog. We are also either going to make sure the new oners fix them, or we fix them first.

So. . . why do we need a third thread on your mutt litter?

Not enough congrats for breeding them in the first one?

Hey now, mutts are ok and oops litters happen.... but I too an confused why the OP keeps making threads vs updating the same one. But it seems to be a trend lately for people to join and show lots of pics (which are good, pics are nice as they let us see and help us get to know each others dogs) but then not join in the forum.

She's not contributing anywhere else on the forum, just making thread after thread and fishing for "yay puppies!" posts.

Oh yes that part is weird, but we have quite a few new members who just post pics about their dogs, litter pics etc but never talk about their dogs, join in any discussion threads, or post in anyone else's pic threads.... So the OP is hardly alone.

I wonder where they all came from?

I've posted in other topics other than my own. I also do plan on going in other parts of the forum. Is there a rule I have to go to all the other forums?

I'm not wanting yay puppies, so why don't you just stop starting stuff? I've already talked with everyone on the other thread, told my story, apologized for being rude. You my friend need to move on with your grudge and stop being so darn negative on both my topics, geesh.

The reason I made this one, is just for the pups, the other one is my topic for my two adult dogs, I've decided it would just be easier that way. I see members with 1,000's of posts, posting topics everyday, so what?

And mutts are the best type of dogs, they come with all different kinds of behaviors/skills/intelligence/ect. purebreeds well there nice too, but a lot look down on the mutts like their some kind of deformed race that needs to be banned or something.

Ok wow guys... don't like the threads than just ignore them. The other thread was in general, then her intro thread and these are just pictures so she posted here.. WHAT IS THE BIG DEAL?
Oops litters happen, she is finding these pups good homes and getting the mother spayed, would you like some kind of formal written apology and a singing candy gram or something?
And don't say its an "oops litter" thing or a pet overpopulation thing because we have had other members with oops litters without this sort of negative reaction. "another thread about your mutt puppies".. seriously?

Frankly you guys are acting like she is someone that barged in here bragging about her two mixed breeds she bred on purpose to create a new breed of super dogs or something.

Regardless of how long she has been a member, or the breeds of her dogs.. it was an ACCIDENT she is trying her best to fix and the attitude is NOT HELPFUL IN THE LEAST.
Would you like these people to just leave instead of staying and getting the help they need?
If somebody wants to come in and not participate in most of the forum than whatever, their loss. I don't see the big deal at all honestly, if you don't like it then don't respond to their threads.

That said, the puppies look cute and healthy and I'm glad they are all doing well :) they are mighty cute!

THANK YOU FRAN!!!

I was sitting here trying to figure out what million threads she had made when all I saw was a Forum Intro post, a thread about all her dogs, one with a couple pictures of her adult dogs and then this one which is to be updated about the litter.

Nothing good is going to come from the snarky, passive aggressive and some downright aggressive posts. She can't change what came to be and made it so it won't happen again.

Fran's completely right when she says the only that that you will make happen is she'll leave. What and who does that help?

That said, the puppies are cute!! I can't wait to see what they look like when they don't resemble Guinea Pigs

Thanks a lot, your posts are very nice and helpful, also thanks for sticking up or me. It is getting a little bit ridiculous.

I can just think someone with some serious problems coming on here and then leaving and dumping the pups in a box on the side of the road because no one helped. Ain't me though, so don't worry! Just saying that she is right, I've thought about just giving up a few times being on here, even after i posted my story, but some people need to keep on the arguing for some reason, no reason, whats said is said and if you don't like me or my Mutts, dont post in the topic, simple as that.

Thank you as well. They do look like guinea pigs lol. I'll get some updates here in a little bit with the new camera, some weights, ect.

Well that kind of stings...

I'm one of those new members who doesn't post a lot, and honestly, I pick and chose what discussions to join based on how much of a contribution I can make or how passionate I am about the topic. But honestly, some discussions take off and its hard when in 8 hours the thread is 17 pages long!

That said, I'm not one to ooh and aw over an "oops" litter of mutts. Boy dog, girl dog, both intact. Its not rocket science people. If you have a mutt female here's a novel idea - why not spay her before adding a mutt intact male to the mix?
Sorry but when you live where I do and work in rescue it gives you a bit of a different perspective... Just talked a friend yesterday who's uncle dumped an old dog (as in drove out on a back country road, let the dog out, drove off). And here I am wishing he'd have just shot the poor dog.

ETA: I currently have two much loved mutt dogs, have had many others before them. All rescues, all altered ;)

lol its not you. We have some people who ONLY post pic threads and never join in. I mean NEVER.

LOL you are great, you post links and add to discussions. You tell us a bit about your dogs and in general act like a member of the community :D

My post was more of a hmmm this is a strange trend comment, not meant to be mean or anything. I am always confused by those who join a discussion forum and then never discuss and only want people to see their dogs. Hmmm thinking about it its the 'one wayness' that weirds me out. They seem to want admiration and appreciation but never want to get to appreciate those of the community. (that was not directed at the OP, they haven't been here long enough for that to be a trend yet lol)

I just want to address this. Mutts are nice but they are not the best type of dog, because a mutt by definition isn't a type. I don't think anyone here is against mutts. Some of the people you might think are trying to 'start stuff' own mixed breed dogs. This is not a forum that looks down on mutts. They do look down on the intentional breeding of mutts though. (I know yours was an oops, just saying..)

I don't think it should have been addressed here.

I love spotty dogs. Accidents happen. Good for you for such healthy looking puppies. I hope you share more of their growing up with us.
