I do...Lucas has a collar and a harness though, but I use the harness for walks. I don't leave the harness on all the time, but the collar is on most times except at night.

Nalla and Izzy both use harnesses but I dont leave them on since they have a tendancy to chew them off, but have collars on all the time (but then again Nalla chews Izzys off)

I usually use a harness when they're learning to walk on a leash without pulling, or if I'm going to be out somewhere and want that extra control. Mine don't wear a collar or harness all the time because there's just too many things to get caught on out on a farm.

mary just simply doesn't need either..she isn't going anywhere she shouldn't go..if she got out the back door it would only be to knock on the front..victor's collar and leash come off at the front door and hang on the door knob until we go back out. His fur so thin..his skin so tender and besides i would hate to sleep with a thing around my neck too. If i thought there were any risk of him getting out on his own i would make him wear one 24/7

I use harnesses on my small dogs because I think a collar can be dangerous to them. I use a collar on my big dog and teach pups not to pull as quickly as possible by not allowing any tension in the leash at all, ever. I do not leave anything on my dogs, collar or harness unless we're on a walk. Otherwise, they go naked. Microchipping is a good idea.

I always use a harness at the shelter and only have one on a dog while I am walking them. Other wise they are just wearing a collar.

I only use a harness when sledding because harness=pulling. I put a collar on for leaving the property which comes off as soon as we're home again

Tried it, couldnt find harness big enough for chest.

The amount of force he could pull with harness on was hard to control him.

... Blrleh... when i read chinese and start typing in english my head thinks and writes backwards lol.

I use harnesses for certain training activities. Tracking. Agitation.

I use collars for all other work.

I NEVER leave collars or harnesses on my dogs. Not EVER. Too much danger of accidental death from choking for me.

I use collars. And they are all on loose enough for the dogs to squirm out of. Nanook doesn't wear hers all the time because any weigh change really seems to affect her neck. I guess that's where she carries her fat lol

I have a padded harness for my Papillon, which he wears whenever we leave the house. I never leave it on him, because even with the padding it rubs his fur off and eventually rubs his skin raw. My Border Collie wears a collar, but I don't like to attach a leash to his collar and prefer using a slip lead.
Both of my dogs wear their lightweight, soft nylon collars all the time.

I did use one when I was training Brutus to walk on a leash, but I didn't leave it on him. I only leave Maggies collar on, she doesn't explore like my bigger dogs do. I am afraid the bigger dog's collars could get caught on something and choke. I only put the collars on Roxie and Brutus when I am using the leash.

I use a harness on Coco when he goes for long walks, like at the park and everything. But when we're just having a 5 minute run, and I know I won't have to be pulling on the leash, because he doesn't run too far ahead of me, then I just attach the leash straight to his collar. He wears his collar at all times.

I use a gentle leader with Midnite when we go out for our walks, but she always wears a collar with her ID tags, etc. I take her collar off at night and when no one is home with her just to be safe. :)

I used a harness on Midnite when she was younger, but not anymore. I didn't leave it on all the time just when we went out on our walks.

Brady has both, but I only use his harness for his walks. He sits for me to put it on before every walk. Sometimes I jokingly call it his "bra" but my husband does not like that very much.... ;)
