Guess who has kennel cough?

This kid.

He must have got it when I took him to the dog park last week, seeing as his immune system was probably already compromised from the upset tummy he had that I was unaware of until the next day. Blegh.

Anyways, he'll be fine. He's acting fine, just a bit coughy/wheezy/phlegmy and a bit of nose drip. Also, extra drool.

Anyways we went outside this afternoon for a good play (I felt bad for the rectal thermometer earlier in the day, poor sod) but I wanted to try for some nice portraits first. With Finn, this never goes very smoothly.

Sun in the eyes. Makes him look like Fabio.

HappyCollie loves the sun.

He also loves bubbles, and bubbles make for amusing photos.

Waiting for a bubble to lower.

Getting ready!

If I could describe Finn using one photo... well, here it is.

Derp.

One very satisfied and not-so-sick puppy.

All done! Send us vibes for getting over the kennel cough quickly? As you can see, he's fine, but the coughing and mucus/drool spew is sort of gross and I'd like it over with ASAP. LOL

Awww Finn! I love his 'description' picture, looks like it suits him perfectly

I HATE kennel cough, it's such an annoyance. But I LOVE Finn -- he looks soooo handsome even if he's feeling down.

Well, he still manages to look just as handsome and insane as ever even when he's got Kennel Cough. Talent? I think so.

LOVE that first picture in the 2nd post, I just kept staring at it, then laughing, then staring at it again. And it's very nice seeing him without snow, no matter how good he looks in it I don't ever want to see it again. Or at least till next year.

omg YES. Our snow is now finally almost gone. Oddly enough my rear neighbours have quite a bit still in their backyard-I guess the sun doesn't shine much there!

Today Finn helped me rake ALL the dead crap out of the yard, so the rain can properly work its magic when it eventually starts. <3

I don't think I've ever seen any serious Finn headshots! What a handsome man!

I love the third last picture, LOL. It's very Finn.

Finn, Finn, FINN.

Even sick, you still manage the Collie Derp! <3

Your pics are great, Allie!

And as for kennel cough, poor guy!
Luke had kennel cough when he first came here, and it took him a month to stop hacking.
I thought he was going to be sick FOREVER.
But he had it super bad.

Finn looks good for having kennel cough. :D

The fabio pose is great! And I love the bubble shot too. Get well soon Finn!

This morning, I woke him up and he yawned, stretched, and rubbed his dribbly nose all over my boobs.

Yeah I'm kinda ready to be done with it. :rofl1:

Ahhahahah Finn.. I love his antics and his crazy expressions!

Poor guy, I hope he stops coughing soon! I get so upset when dogs I have/dog sit get kennel cough, the hacking noise they make really hurts me a bit :(

He's starting to look like a growed up now :D

One of my fave chazzermutts :D
