Kim looks about the same, just thinner...photographs don't seem to capture fur thickness well and she has a lot more coat than people realize. I mean she's 23+ inches and <50lbs...she's a lanky fine-boned girl. But she's so expressive that it even shows up in photos.
Mira...not as much. She's more expressive than she appears in photos but because she's all black and a LOT of her expression is in the motion of her body, photographs just don't do her justice.
Webster is probably the most different. His markings give him expressions sometimes that are not really true to life...and he's only 23lbs...most people assume he's around 50 or more from photographs, probably due to his build (his proportions are more normally seen in big dogs) and his coloring.
I think you're right, considering I saw him in person once (or twice?) and it was bugging me that he looked familiar but of course I didn't know who you two were...then I came back here and I recognized him immediately in photographs...you do a nice job capturing him.
I think the face part is his eyes...because they are so dark in photographs, but in person those dark eyes have more life because of the play of light across them in real time.

I think Auggie does and he's my dog, LOL. There's just something in his face that isn't captured in a lot of pictures. There are SOME pictures that capture it, but most of them don't.
