We are watching America's Funniest Videos and there was a baby making cute sounds and Buddy stopped what he was doing.... stared at the tv.. got up... started barking at it.

I told him, "yeah, tell Daddy.. we want one of those, huh" and Buddy looked at hubby and barked at him!

People just need to look at babies for what they are, noisy life ruining sh*t machines. No thank you! I like to lie it, go away on holidays or up and go diving whenever I like, all your freedom goes out the window and I am no where NEAR ready for that!

Well.., our two dogs are our children and since they can't go everywhere with us, we obviously don't go many places.

Besides, some people look at babies for what they truly are; a God-sent Miracle.

Children are great- when you are ready for them. I think it is very wise of you to wait until you are done with grad school. Kudos to you!

I'm feeling the same way...I want to get done with school, get into my field a little bit more... and then maybe have a child. Or two. Yes, two. I want twins, a boy and a girl- hear me there upstairs??

A girl I know here ( wouldn't call her a friend, we hang out sometimes and I help her out when I can) just told me yesterday that she is pregnant. She's 19, got married fresh out of highschool. No education, no nothing. IMO, she's too lazy to go back to school or work and that's why she got pregnant. It's sad.

I have to wait til I graduate college to even get married, so no kids for me anytime soon. But if anyone wants a babysitter, let me know!! I love babies and little kids! I told my friend if she brought her baby here if she came for her 21st b-day I would babysit so she could go out. I don't like going out to clubs or much anyway. But I don't think I convinced her to bring him

At most my family gatherings I watch the kids and play with them so their parents can play games or whatever with the other adults.
