Boris is here

We have Boris. We picked him up and he did very well in the car. Then we had Mini and Uncle Fred meet him outside and took them all for a walk and then walked right back into the house.

Now all are getting along fine. Boris is really nervous and confused, not surprisingly, and keeps pacing around and trying to climb into my lap. He seems to like our cats too, and is uninterested in the bunny.

Ahh, now he is settling at my feet and seems like a very nice boy.

Glad to hear!!! Yeah he won't be a problem with the cats, he loved ours.

I hope the climbing part stops though... but yes he loves lying down at your feet.

Fran,since you are here, when does Boris eat, how often, and how much?

Twice a day, one cup of EVO each time, but he had treats and whatever the kids threw at him while they eat. I don't know what he will be fed but it was the average on the bag.

Oh and he had food tonight before leaving.

Glad you took him in Doc, you rock. I'm sure he's going to fit right in into the family at Camp's house, and will become a part of the family in no time.

A word on the EVO, I've ended up feeding quite a bit less than what was stated on the bag...Sawyer is 55lbs and he's eating about 3/4 cup twice a day, adjusted for the amount of exercise he got (or is planning on getting) that day.
