Thanks guys! It's 11 am here, and I'm not even in a crabby mood, I've done my yoga, had a healthy breakfast and played with the dogs. This is unheard of for day 1 for me!

Today I joined SparkPeople and set up a fitness and nutrition plan, and joined their quit smoking forum. And tomorrow's the day, I'm going to wake up to yoga instead of a cigarette. I've visualized my first healthy day, and I'm going to wake up full of positivity, and not let my day veer down...

I believe seniors deserve to be treated w/respect. It takes little effort to open a door, offer them your chair and it's much harder for them to be cranky if others are always kind! But, the theme of mutual respect is important at any age, and it also takes little effort to say "thank you"...
