The other tread got me thinking. I find it very interesting to see other peoples tattoos. I would love everyone to post a picture of their tattoos!

Here is the paw print on my ankel (please ignore the pale skin).

Here is the one on my wrist (the picture doesnt do it justice, and its hard to take a picture of yourself :)).

That is all i have at the moment. I would love more someday!

Oh I love that paw print. I don't have any tatoos myself as I don't think they'd look very good on me. I met a girl once that had the elvish writing from "the ring" in LOTR wrapped around her ankle. No pic though but I thought it looked pretty nice :)

Back when it was healing and it itched terribly and was about to peel. I don't have any recent ones.

I haven't had the time or money to get all the other ones I want yet.

I don't have pictures of most of them on this computer or photobucket anymore. I have 13 tattoos--all music related except for one that has Mario stuff.
This is the only pic I have on photobucket.

It's on my upper back/shoulder

This was my first tat

This was my second one pre-cover up . . . you get what you pay for (it was free)

Same tat with the cover-up begun. I have a lot more to do to it but I need $$ first.

And my wrists which I absolutely ADORE!

And I have many many many more planned. I love me some tats!!

I'd definelty like a few, none at the moment because I still don't know exactly what I want or where, something for Panda to start off with.

In no rush though, I'm only 18 at this stage so plently of time to think about it, since all my friends turned 18, I've seen a lot of them rush out and get tattoo's just because they can, some of them regret it onow so I'm just going to wait till I find an idea I'm really happy with.

I'm currently planning a rather large dragon on my shoulder. Its something I drew and came up with on my own, so I'm rather proud of him, though I don't have any pictures of him yet. I also drew my first and so far only tattoo, though neither one is going to be my last. Here's it is..

The quote is from Shakespeare's Julius Cesar. "Cry havoc, and let slip the dogs of War." I LOVE the font. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! Still! Even though I've had it for two years. Its Papyrus font, in Microsoft Word. It's been touched up since I took that picture, so it looks better, that one was right after it healed completely. I got it the September after my birthday, which is in July. My mother didn't find out for over a year, lol. Even though I was eighteen and SHE has tattoos, she didn't want me to get one. Ah well. Too bad! :D

It's on my ribcage. Everyone said I was crazy for getting a tattoo on my ribcage, but it didn't hurt nearly as bad as I thought it was going to. Even my tattoo artist said I was a trooper. She tried to talk me out of the placement, but I wanted it there and no where else. Plus, when I show people it, they're always impressed that I could deal with the pain. Especially people who have tattoos, lol.

I also want one on my forearm. The only problem with that is decided WHAT and HOW, since it's a very very difficult place to cover up. People DO judge you, but hopefully I'll one day have a secure enough job, or a understanding enough boss that it won't matter. I don't have a CLUE as to what I want there, it just feels like there SHOULD BE something there. Dunno if anyone else understands that, but that's how it feels to me. Just like my dog ONLY belonged on my ribcage. Meh, I'm weird.

Thank you Renee! And CD, I was expecting a lot of problems with my wrist tats when I got them, as my septum piercing had evoked many negative reactions in the past. Other than the handful (mostly family) of people who have told me I'll regret getting them when I'm older, and my first job which made me cover them, I've had no problems.

I have had many more people asking me about them and to explain them. Part of my tattoo plans involve bringing the wrist themes up the center of my inner forearm and wrapping them around the bottom of my bicep, where I will have half sleeves. PLENTY of visible tattoos here.

And I know I will have problems with some jobs in the future because of them, but frankly more and more I'm finding places that are lenient about tattoos. Hell I worked at a high school and didn't have to hide my tats, and many of the other teachers had visible ones also!

Jess says "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWW toes."

:D
LOL That's actually why I got my foot done, because I think feet are ugly and I wanted to pretty them up. Unfortunately it was another free tattoo. Even though it's not perfect I still enjoy it and I have NO plans of covering it up anytime soon because the pain of a foot tattoo isn't something I am looking forward to again!

Oh and the polish on my toes I did in paintshop. :lol-sign:

how was the one on the foot?

my next one, i want it on the ankle/side of the foot, i dont want ti over the top by the toes like yours just down the outer side...how was the pain in that area? i know the TOP of the foot is Owies but noones been able to le tme know an accurate standing on the side of the foot.
(im getting "not all who wander are lost" on my left foot in an almost piratical map type font with a star at beginning and end)

the one on your ribs is beautiful! if i was slim enough id love something on the ribcage (right now i have too many rolls lol)
