Today I joined SparkPeople and set up a fitness and nutrition plan, and joined their quit smoking forum. And tomorrow's the day, I'm going to wake up to yoga instead of a cigarette. I've visualized my first healthy day, and I'm going to wake up full of positivity, and not let my day veer down the "poor me, this is hard" path it usually does! I can still be over the 3-day withdrawl hump before work; I'll be cruisin' inta day 5! I'm not going to let myself down this time!
