My vet is charging 26 dollars for grooming pepe, and says I will get a 10% discount for my other three dogs....how much is that in total?

uh yeah, sorry. In Germany it's different. We use a , instead of a . Its the direct opposite. So $1,000 for you is the same as 1.000 and 1.40 is the same as 1,40.

To get how much discount you can get all you need to do is multiply 26 by 3 then multiply it again to .1 (or ten percent) since only 3 dogs will get a 10% discount. this will be the discount you can get from the 3 dogs which is 7.8. Then subtract it to the total amount you need to pay the vet which (26 * 4). To make it easier...

(26 * 4) - ((.1)(26*3)) = ????

104 - 7.8 = ???

you should pay the vet 96.2 dollars for the four dogs...
