In 5 years I'll be 23...so a year out of college. I'll be living at home, if my uncle's moved out I'll take his apartment in the garage. I'll have a job, hopefully doing something at a vet clinic/hospital. The cats should still be doing well, Neko will be 10 and Willie 8. My oldest brother will probably have a kid, so I'd be an aunt.
If I'm living in the garage apartment and have enough money I'll get a dog, a pit bull from a shelter or rescue. If not I'll probably foster dogs and/or cats depending on how much time I have. I'll start working on getting the dog his CGC an then TDI.
At some point I hope to go to vet school, but it's not set in stone yet, we'll see if I still want to go that route after the first four years. I might do something with conservation instead, who knows. At some point I'll get my own apartment if I can find one that allows me and the dog, but there is no rush as my parents would gladly keep me forever lol.
By the ten year mark (I'll be 28
)I hope to have a job in my career, be done or almost done with any major schooling and definitely have my dog who will hopefully be a therapy dog going into hospitals, nursing homes, etc.
Neko will be 15 and Willie 13, which is a horrifying thought. Hopefully they are both happy and healthy. I'll likely have a few more nieces/nephews. As far as my relationships go, don't know, if I fine somebody I find somebody, if not then I don't. It's not one of my major goals, as of now I'm fine either way. If I have the time and space (a house) and my dog doesn't want to eat other animals I'll foster dogs/cats.
I like thinking about my future, it all seems attainable to me. A job I like involving animals, a dog who can get his TDI and make a few less people hate pitties. Those are the major things.
