I don't know why but the moment I saw a picture of her I thought part Basenji. I don't know if it's her coloring or her eyes, but I think I see Basenji.
Hound mix... maybe coonhound or even catahoula. Possibly some pit mixed in there with some other breeds. Her hair looks a bit long for a pit or a hound mix so I'd think there'd be more breeds.
I think the hound is beagle. She stands with beagle posture, carries herself like a beagle. And i see it in the head too. She is too little to be coonhound/pittie, IMO.
I'm going to say grey hound and maybe a beagle. I see no pitbull other than the brindle colouring and he double folded ears. She is a cute little thing!!!
I would guess Pit Bull x Catahoula... but she could be lots of things! There is an insane variety of breeds in the bay area, after all. She does remind me of a hound, but I'm bad with hound breeds. Something must contribute to her thick fur?
