unfortunately--I have to go for the afternoon--would really like to work this out if possible....so any help or thoughts on how to organize are appreciated. Wilson looks like he would be a great guy--thanks for the help this far. Will be back later this evening.

If anyone is anywhere around Erie, PA or Buffalo, NY... or Rochester... Syracuse...
I'm in Buffalo

Oh but it looks like someone is already taking him to Rochester
Though, I would be able to keep him overnight if that worked better than going straight from Erie to Rochester

If the route ends up going through Central PA, (a more direct route to Albany) I can help.

I am working in Altoona Monday and Tuesday. I would pick him up at the Interstate 99/PA Turnpike interchange Tuesday afternoon and take him as far up 81 as say Hazelton/Wilkes-Barre.

OR I could head out of Altoona and go North to the Clearfield Interchange on Route 80. Then take him to Hazelton or so.

Let me know.

ITs raining cats here too. You should hear the ads they have on the radio. THey will practically give you an adult cat to be a companion for your kitten or something like that. Sorry for this cat, sorry for all cats. Hope one day we can all have free neuter and spaying so this insane situation will finally stop.

Ok here's what I'm doing tomorrow.... thank you everyone who offered their assistance.

I'm driving to Marietta, OH tomorrow to pick up Wilson. Then I'm driving him to Erie, PA and dropping him off with planet_molosser who is going to drive him to Buffalo where he is going to stay with Pam for a couple nights, I guess. That's my understanding.

ok--update....My husband is on board (not that he would have sought out another dog at this time...but he is supporting it :) )
wcladymacbeth called around 10:30 am to say that she has picked up Wilson..and that he is a sweetheart! So she was on her way to meet up with Planet M. for a transfer.
Woot---I am thrilled that we were able to get this boy out, and hopefully all will work out! I bounce between anxiety and excitement over this--since I have never just brought a dog into the house without being sure it would be a compatible situation. But it sounds as if he is a good guy--so that I am very hopeful about it all.
Thanks to everyone helping or offering to help.

Beth just called a bet ago. We are expected to meet about 3.30 will take some pics for u guys. It is about 100 miles from Erie Pa to Pams. Will call Pam when we are ready to leave..

She said he is a sweety - As a breeder for me this is better than winning Best in show . It comes with a pure heart of knowing u did something.

Pam if u read this I have a extra small crate I dont use except for puppies wire folding do u need it? pls tell me when we make the drop.
