Not to scare you but a lot people are allergic to red. My arm swelled to the point that the skin ripped open... and thats my nice way of explaining it.

There are two "basic" reds that they use...one is at a higher risk for allergic reactions than the other...might be a good thing to bring up to your artist if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

I was gonna suggest a purpley blue instead...and I know you've got fair skin, right? I think the purple-blue will look better than the pink.
