Everyone getting ready? Bogart?
I've got way to much to do today, and I've got to deal with a house full of worry-warts in the process.
My in-laws got their mandatory evacuation order last night, so my m-i-l is already here with their dog. My f-i-l works at one of the plants where they're from, and they're in the process of shutting it down, so he'll be here later today.
My hubby is like a nervous chicken with its head cut off. He's out getting gas and propane right now. But he works at a plant as well, and he may get called in for the hurricane crew, as he's one of the most qualified.
I've got groceries and whatnot, so we should be fine there.
I'm just stressing about my horses. Whether to put up or leave out is a highly debated issue, and neither option is wrong. My two freak out if stalled during storms (think rearing and trying to climb out or jump out of their stalls. Not to mention I've got a giant oak tree three feet from the barn, and it hangs over the barn. I could never lock them in only to have large branches, or even the whole tree, go crashing down on them.
