So I got off of work to find my windshield wipers up. My friends did this because they told me they did and that's all they did. I go to the rear hatch to put the wiper down and I find a bag of Synder's Pretzel bag STUFFED with some mushy food in it. I took it out and dropped it on the floor and the goop fell out. Didn't make any attempt to smell it at all but it did not have any odor to it.

I was pretty ****ing mad. I don't know if anything else is in my exhaust piping but when I got home (7 mile radius from work ---> home) I put a flashlight to the exhaust and looked in it but couldn't look as far as I thought I could since there is a bending of the exhaust piping.

Anyone know if there's any way or anything I can do to determine if there is anything in my exhaust piping? The only thing I found was the bag of that stuff chillin' at the end of the canister.

Some people really **** me off. It is RUDE to do especially if its someone you don't know

Spark Notes:
1) got off work.
2) friends pulled wipers up.
3) came to the rear to put the wipers back
4) found synder's pretzel bag filled with mushed food chillin' at the exhaust canister end.
5) asked friends if they did that and they said no and that its messed up. so apparently some customer did it.

We use the fork lifts and hide the entire car or put it on top of alot of pallets. Stuffing something into a tailpipe is so 1984. Beverly Hills Cop like.

Not only that, but it's that of what a coward would do. If I caught them doing that... oh boy where to begin.

Anything that's in your tailpipe will come flying out as soon as you turn your car on. Engines create a lot of pressure, and something's gotta give. Chances are whatever is in your exhaust isn't as strong as the pipe itself. You really don't have much to worry about. Plus, anything that stayed in there would burn up :p Exhausts are hot.

As a side note. I hate Hate HATE people that mess with other people's cars, it's really not ever funny. Stuff that seems like a little joke can end up causing serious damage, and costing hundreds of dollars to fix. It's just not cool.

I totally agree with 96 GTS.

Good point of view and thanks. I did put my hand near the exhaust canister and felt air being pushed through it so im guessing it should be okay.

Meh... Its a car. BFD if you ask me. I'd just laugh it off because I think it is hilarious how worked up people get about their cars.

See, I am one of those people who does stuff like this, just to get a rise out of people.

What Blue said... And I think it is dumb and immature to waste money on something that LOSES value every mile.

But, what are ya gonna do? :)
its called a hobby. doing things to someone elses belonging is disrespectful.

i think you'd just sit outside laughing and be amazed if someone keyed your car and broke all your windows and stole things from inside your car wouldnt you? it would be just great!

i dont see how approaching a hobby and investing in something that doesnt violate or hurt someone in anyway is immature. you seem to lack common sense and i can tell by how you think these pranks are funny.

ahahaha you're HILARIOUS! you're probably one of those 40 year old guys who are the village idiots in their neighborhood.

I hope one day should you decide to do something like this that you run into the wrong guy and have to learn the hard way.

are you seriously mad because people have different hobbies that you don't condone to? let's see someone do something to what you have worked so hard for to achieve and then have them come along being able to potentially break it or ruin it.

it's not like I drive a BMW, Benz, Bentley, Infiniti, or Lexus. its a simple car that anyone who is willing to go to work can finance and purchase. it's just the fact of respect for people's belongings.

How I see it, you really have no life and are those types of people who like to hide after doing something just to not get caught because only a bunch of sissy girls do things like this. (oh this would explain it. reading for pleasure and a computer geek. this speaks for itself. too much time on your hands)

Yeah, I agree.

As a joke in highschool, a couple of kids put honey and shaving cream on one of our friend's cars. It took off a good bit of her paint on her hood (almost new 4Runner, which actually belonged to her parents). Not funny at all.

If somebody realy wanted to mess with you they would have frozen a can of shaving cream, cut one end off, and tossed it in your car.
Ive got more money in extras on my Jeep than what I actually paid for it, I would find the above funnay.

Oh a little tranny fluid in the gas tank and what a smoke job and it does no harm in fact helps clean out the gunk but funny none the less when you see it go down the road and the owner has no clue.
I would never do something that causes damage but kidding around heck yes.

Oh I've done some evil things to cars as well...

I took mustard and diluted it with water and made a lovely windsheild wiper fluid mixture out of it:lol-sign:

Gotta confess . . . I got a little irritable with a woman one Christmas Eve. She cut me off twice on the freeway, once on the exit ramp (shot me a bird on that one) and again in the parking lot.

She had out of state tags, so I figgered an appropriate Christmas Eve gift would be to take my little pliers and pull the valve stems out of two of her tires on my way into the store . . . :D
