There was a lady there with an extremely young puppy. The pup couldn't weigh more than a few ounces, and its eyes weren't even open yet! :yikes:
This lady was casually passing this poor, tiny pup from person to person, and holding it up to other dogs to let them sniff the pup. She was boasting about how "cute" the pup was, and that she just had to bring the pup with her to show off. She then started talking about the rest of the litter she had at home, and how there were six originally, but only four remained because the rest "just up and died, like puppies sometimes do."
All I could think about was how this sad little infant was going to end up catching some kind of illness (since it was definately unvaccinated) and would bring it home to the rest of its litter.
Poor little things.
