A friend of mine just had a reduction. She loves it! And insurance paid for it ;)

Personally, though, I'm kinda attached to mine :D
I had a breast reduction in 1987. All through school I was know as little "P". I was short, 90 lbs. and had double D's. It was absolutely horrible. I used to wear several layers of clothing to cover them up. Always a turtle neck and a jacket at least. My girlfriends used to tie my bra straps together in the back for phys ed class so I wouldn't knock myself out...and everyone else in the class, during the really physical stuff. Jumping jacks were suicide..
Two years after I had my son in 1985, I finally took the plunge.:D

I'm roughly 5'8/ 5'9

My mom is about 5'4ish and my sister "Time to Rmember" is 5'3 lol

My dad is 6'..

*sigh* I too always end up with pants that are too short lol I usually have to undo the hem at the bottom and re-do it myself!

You short girls have no idea how hard it is to find a decent guy taller then you too when your tall!! lol

I'm glad my bf is 6'+! lol

LOL Dr2Little!!

I can symphathize on the boobs thing.. During our physical training I have to wear a size smaller BODY SUIT to strap mine down! lol Sports bras DO NOT help AT ALL!! lol

I'm 5'1, 24 and shop in junior's section to find pants to fit, but missus for the shirts. Although I did find a great pair of black dress pants at Express the other week that fit perfectly WITHOUT HAVING TO HEM THEM! I usually walk the heels off of any pair of pants I own and all these crop pants that are "in" right now and are supposed to hit you around mid-calf? Yeah, they are just about 1/4" too long to pass as good long pants on me.

I never have to worry about being taller than the guy, but on the flip side it really kills my neck when trying to kiss them without a set of stairs around. ;) Also, if a guy is near my height, I feel like a perv babysitter who is taking advantage of a kid, because the only guys near my height are 12 and under most times...

I'm 5'2", no waist to speak of, pretty much built like a brick... a friend's husband (older couple from Germany) said I was 'sturdy'. He meant well... *sigh* Have to sit on the counter to reach the top shelf in the kitchen and I wind up buying jeans for guys cuz at least then I can get the waist and inseam to match. My biggest (or littlest) problem is finding shoes - I wear a size 5, C width.

The ones in the blue box..nope, not those ones, the unscented...nope, over to the right...OK you're close..nope, not those either...regular absorbancy...

By the time I'm finally holding the box, the poor kids so embarrased he's ready to go work at Mcdonalds....:D

boy do I feel all your pain. I'm 5'1 and wear a 5 shoe. clothing around here a joke. I'm really getting tired of cutting the cutsie bows off of things.
As far as a chest lol had to wait until 45 years old. That is when I think I actually went through puberty. Got so tired of the flat chest jokes I had a shirt made when I was in my 20's that said....
" I'm a woman and this is the front....... make no mistakes "" lol

LMAO! Perverts!!!!

Aren't grade school guys the worst... errr, all guys are the worst.. haha

My "chest" problem has only got worse though, so all you ladies on chaz with boobs that are A,B, C.. thank the lord that you've got controllable, perky boobs that don't kill your back! LOL

I hear ya. I didn't have to start wearing a bra until I was in grade 8 but I went from not even a training bra to a 34 B in one summer. Can anyone say stretch marks? and they have continued to grow. I think they finally stopped growing when I was 23. What will happen when I breast feed :O and forget about reduction lol I have surgeries that are required that I'm not going to get done lol I'm not going to have a voluntary one :p

but I'm 5'2. I can't reach anything. Thats why I'm glad I have my hubby lol. I don't need to reach anything with him around lol plus I have a little foot stool.

Oh, that was all the way through high school. And there's a deli here that has the BEST sandwiches. The owner is a friend, and his wife he just brought from Israel is too . . . but his father!!!!! If his father is in the deli hanging around when I come in I have to dodge and weave to keep him from doing the grab/grope/hug thing. I try to do it without hurting his feelings - he's a sweet old lech, lol!

Oh, and the best thing I've ever found for controlling the superstructure is weight training. Put in some time in the gym working on some heavy bench presses, butterflies and incline and decline bench presses and you'll be amazed at how upstanding they can be - and your back won't hurt anymore either :D

You're only as short as you carry yourself, so most days I'm walking around like I'm at least 5'5" or so. :D

Does anyone else have moments where it suddenly dawns on them just how short they really are? It's troublesome, because I really think I'm taller than I am.
