Well as the OP is NOT in england and is in the same province of the same country as I then perhaps you could refrain from assuming what our country is like.

I did point out, in english and in french how to help her sentence structure. I laughed and said not to worry about spelling as I have issues and its my native language. I was not hostile, I was helpful.
