Whatcha gonna do?

Bad Boy Number 1:

This is Jude's favorite hang out in the backyard. I always come out and find him like this. Keep in mind- it's like a high up bar.

Bad Boy Number 2:

Yesterday I had a photography event from 9 am until 7 pm. I felt too bad leaving Jonah in his crate- and he's usually pretty good- so I puppy proofed the house and left him out with Jude. I got home to this:

If you can't tell- that's paper towel roll. He even managed to take all of the plastic wrapping off of it.

Oh border collies...

Mia and Jonah should hang out. :p She loves tearing up paper. I've actually started using it as a reward for her.

Hahaha! Jude and Jackson are both monkeys. I also find Jackson on top of tables, chairs, the tops of couches, window sills, you name it. Crazy dogs! And what is it about paper that puppys... well, dogs, love sooo much?! Jackson still has a weakness for chewing up paper towels! He looks WAY too cute. You can't stay mad at that face.

Woah, you are wayyy braver than I would be leaving my 15 (?) week old Border Collie puppy out from 7-9.

I do love the picture of Jude, though. :D

^ Agreed on all counts! haha! Even now, Finn is only left alone for periods of 3-4 hours out of crate. Longer than that and he often gets in trouble!

2 year old boxers don't get left out anywhere near that long either, lol.

But they are so cuuuute when they're being naughty!

Haha I posted some Jonah picture's a few posts down too- Luigi is Four Months - is the post name. check it out! :)

My boys have always been really good about not chewing things up- I'm not sure why. They sometimes do when I'm around (for attention) but when I'm not around they're really good. We started with 1 hour with Jonah, then 2 hours, then the longest I've done before this 10 hour time was about 4 hours. This was a risk- but I unplugged everything, bitter appled wooden legs of furniture, and closed all of the doors to the rooms except the living room and kitchen. He's a lot harder than Jude actually- Jude i could leave from like 10 weeks old alone for a few hours without touching a single thing- but not too bad. The main thing with Jonah is he's food craaaaazy. I had to make sure there was no available way to food or garbage. once I did that- I figured what's the worst that can happen ;)

Jude is such a climber. I think it's the agility. He thinks everything is an a frame.

That's how Jackson was! He would find things to chew when I was home but when he was home alone, he was always fine and just slept. He had free roam from about 5 months on.

He doesn't pee in the house?! Juno was reliable at that age but still needed some bladder control, + I don't think she would have understood the concept of needing to hold it anyway.

It blows my mind! Perhaps I am just too paranoid lol.

Mia's over 2 years old and there's absolutely no way I could leave her out by herself and not come home to disaster.

I locked her in the bathroom once because the pen was being used by a sick Beau. I came home to a shredded bathroom. There was a fake plant and she had plucked all the leaves out of it. Every single one.

He doesn't usually no. I figured that day if he did- he did. I'd clean it up when I got home (hardwood floors) but I'd rather he be out for all those hours.

I must have angels compared to you guys- hah! :)
