I've been wrapping all evening..just decided to stop (when my husband and the dog took over my wrapping space to nap)...I think I bought 5 rolls of wrap and by some miracle I'm still on the first roll and I only have 1 present left to wrap!

i bought one roll of plain green paper at the thrift store..one solid green, at least it is a nice green and there was just tons of it for 50 cents..i figured i could dress it up with pretty ribbon. Now that i have found the ribbon and the raffia i really have no more excuses...of course a nap ..another nap does sound like a dandy idea! hehe Victor says so and Mary is snoring away.

sweetheart,it was a joke! LOL. Rapping as it the so -called "music" versus wrapping as in what so many momma's and poppa's are doing tonight and tomorrow night for their babies presents :)

cards, letters, words of love, are the best present a person can give. a poem, a drawing, anything from the heart that says how much you care.

well today I wrapped my daughter's presents (10) then my husband's presents (6 but luckily they were little). and four of my relatives presents. I still have my 2 neices and my nephew's present to wrap, my grandmother's present to wrap, my mother in law's and I think that's it. I'm so tired. I had to fit in wrapping between sweeping, vaccuming, mopping, dishes, shopping and laundry today. I feel like Cinderella (now where's my fairy godmother?!?).

Wrapping????

Actually, I hate wrapping so I've donated to the local humane society and the local food bank in exchange for their wrapping services at the local malls. It's for good causes and it ensures Lorri has some paper to tear into for the holidays :)

I've actually handed out a couple of my gifts and they were very delicantly wrapped using bags and duct tape - lots and lots of duct tape! LOL I still have a few prezzies to wrap and a couple to buy! Oh man!

Ugh. I was up late wrapping. I had a ton of gifts to get wrapped. I probably could have done it faster, but I'm one of those who absolutely has to make the presents gorgeous. Curling ribbon, different kinds of paper, bows, etc. It's always so much better for people to get a beautifully-wrapped gift! At least, that's what I was telling myself at 1 a.m.....

I have to have mine wrapped perfect. They must be pretty. However, I created a monster. I let McKinley open one of her presents. Big Mistake. She started pulling the bows and ribbon off presents, And ripped a few more. I had to tape them. But, it is so hard to resist...Gammaw, open peas? I ended up letting her open three.
