I was planning a 2015 puppy, but now I'm not even positive what I want. :p

Nolu, I'll totally raise an Aussie puppy for you. Mad puppy fever.

No puppy for me, but I think everyone needs a Poodle puppy. Everyone embrace the bouncing!

I may. I would say there's a good chance of one. In all honesty it's just going to come down to timing and how a few things play out. I'm not too worried about it anymore. I have a plan and several backup plans and I'd be happy with any of them. It is fun to speculate though.

That makes sense! What are you looking at besides BCs? Just idle curiosity because I'm in the same boat but for 2016... and I know my breed. So I guess I'm not really in the same boat at all? Ahahah

I'm honestly really hoping for puppy in 2015. I feel like it's been something I've said I wanted every year, but I feel that in 2015, I will finally be at the point of being able to handle it and enjoy puppyhood again. Jackson will be turning 7 and for a terrier, I think that's still young-ish, so hopefully he has MANY more good years to spend with pup too.

I've got two breeders/two seperate breeds picked out at this point.

All of this puppy talk is making me jealous. So, I'll talk about my future puppy plans. The earliest I would be getting a dog is 2015, but I highly doubt that. I will probably be getting a puppy in 2017, or 2018, but it may be even later. Though I'd rather have a lot of knowledge, & understanding before I jump into the world of dogs.

As for the breeds, I am not sure yet, but I'll probably stick to the herding group, but there are a few non-herding dogs I am considering,.Aussie, BC, Sheltie, Koolie, GSD, Belgian Tervuren, Miniature American Shepherd,& Papillon.I'd love to have Mudi, but I probably wouldn't own one.

Still so much research to do.

I'm not getting an Aussie, but if my 2015 puppy happens you can totally play with my corgi :p It's a herder and might be merle, that counts for something, right?

We will be getting a second French Brittany in 2015 to add to the gundogs :) my Border Collie unfortunately prefers to be an only (herder) child...
