Ooh I thought you were going sheltie?
I could have... But i don't think my neurotic and anxious self would lend itself well to raising a herder, especially a breed prone to being anxious and weird already.

Plus i need a dog with a sense of humour and really I keep coming back to my retrievers.

Yup, a Toller boy.

I really enjoy all the Tollers I've met, aside from Dance all of them have been from the same kennel too and are all agility dogs. I just really like their looks and personalities.

I like them too, but only have met one and she's like 14 weeks old now. I'm anxious to watch her grow up! Trying to convince my other friend she needs one for agility.

Border Terriers and ???
BT's annnddd Border Collies. I found a breeder I really like a lot. I guess I kind of lied a little bit because there is technically a 3rd breed as well and it's Aussies, but I really think I'd mesh better with the right BC overall.

MOAR GSD PUPPIES.

They are herders. Make it the year of the herders (again)
Yes. This. I like this idea.

Ugh, I am dying for my puppy. In the same kind of situation as Jackson'sMom/Brittany in that I've been wanting a puppy since...forever. But the timing has never been good and I wasn't entirely sure that I wanted a second dog because I liked where I was with Trent.

But now I'm definitely entirely sure I'd like a second dog (and maybe a third eventually) and I want that puppy RIGHT NOW. 2015-2016 is most likely the best year for me to get a puppy, and really, if I don't get my second dog within the next 3 years I'll probably never get the chance to get more dogs for many, many, many years. And that would suck.

So, I guess it's 2015 or 2016 for me. Though there's something I'm considering that's as soon as late 2014.

Most likely it will be a German Shepherd, but if I go with my laid back breed first it could totally be a LH Whippet or a Silken Windhound. I'm also considering 2 other herding breeds in addition to a GSD, but have been leaning so heavily towards a GSD that I don't really know if I'll waver.

You could join me with a little girly brown dog addition. Or wait and get a little longy haired Carmy love child (maybe) ;)
