So, I am on a new lifestyle change. I don't eat bread, pasta, french fries etc...
but once a month, on the first day of shark week, I allow myself free reign to eat whatever I want. So usually I end up splurging my calories on french fries and wings of some sort
So I am laying in bed, and suddenly seemingly out of nowhere I have the uncontrollable CRAVING for wings. like NOW. Which is strange because usually, I don't really miss the foods I give up to lose weight unless they are in front of me lol so I pick up the phone and order.
and about 10 minutes later go to the bathroom and..
boom. sharkweek.
