I didn't read thru the multiple pages of bickering, but I will say:

"My name is Dan and I am a raw feeder"

Going on 5 yrs now, Gunnar has been raw fed since he was about 4 months old, Daisy has been raw fed since the day she came home, Bruzer started on raw when we switched Gunnar over. I'm very happy with the results. I will feed kibble now and then, grain free only. Maybe once a week or once every 2 weeks. I also fast them about every 10 days or so.

I won't take sides in the arguments. I like too many of you guys and won't force my opinions on anyone. Either you feed raw or you don't, it doesn't matter a bit to me.
thank you Dan!!

Probably because she never really gets rid of it. Carbs are big aggravators to UTI's. Take carbs out of the diet and the UTI's can be cleared up permantly.
Perhaps you didn't read (or want to see) the part where she HAS tried all sorts of diets........INCLUDING all meat

But then, that wouldn't *fit* with your beliefs so I guess it's easy to skim over that part ;)

And wow, sweet cheeks huh? *looks behind myself* Coooool! I could live with that! :rofl1:

I really wish you would stop making broad sweeping statements diagnosing the ailments of animals you have never met.

Yes, carbs are irritating and can cause UTI's (as well as a buttload of other issues while we're talking cats), but no, eliminating them will not in 100% of the cases cure the UTI's. You're making dagerous assumptions and someone reading this may choose to skip a crucial vet visit for their animal when something is seriously wrong.

That sounds vaguely trollish.
took much longer then expected for someone else to notice this.

calling all mainstream dog owners.....:D
Present and accounted for... sorry I didnt come sooner, I was out buying poison for my dogs :p You know high quality, premium kibble ;)

Now resume playing with the trolls it is kind of fun... and funny that the OP never came back and needs his SO to do all the fighting for him:popcorn:
