I love bleu cheese, so it's not just you!

My favorite though is pepper jack.

Or that chipotle cheddar we have. Anything with peppers. (Yup, I'm from Texas)

Also love Asiago, Swiss, sharp Cheddar, Feta...

Okay, so what is Brie? I feel dumb.

It's the best on salad in crumbles imo. Especially if the salad has green apples.

I must admit, I love a great salad.

Probably pepper jack and mild to sharp cheddar.
I can't stand blue/bleu cheese, though. I tried it once though and I couldn't get rid of the taste for a while. *shudders* A lot of people I know like it on salads, though.

Depends on what I'm eating... different cheese goes with different foods.

I find I can't go wrong putting Havarti on anything...

But in salad, blue cheese or feta cheese.
On a burger all kinds, swiss, pepper jack even the processed junk is good.

Ham sandwhich is good with some provolone.
Edam is good by itself, so is cheddar (old preferably).
