There is a reason Vermont Cabot won the best cheddar in the world contest - it is amazing; the sharper the better! If you get cheddar on a sandwich around here, that is usually what it is. I get so sad when I go out of state and order cheddar and it is a thin slice of slimy orange stuff.

I also like some of the hard cheeses - asiago and parm. Other than that, I'm really not a cheese person.

All of them. Including that dreaded Limburger. You just have to know how to eat it. Never smell it before eating and you will really get a treat. Quite tasty with the proper bread and sausage. What can I say I am a good German girl lol.

I love all cheese mostly--I would say my favorites are Co-jack; Munster; Cheddar; Mozzerlla; Havarti; Kefir (you must try this truly delicious); Raw Cheddar (wow this is great too)--and the list goes on and on.

Which would explain your involvement in the shady practice of breeding faux-doodles . . . . :p

Cabot's Monterey Jack
Provolone
Brie
Edam
Gouda
Feta, but only on a Greek salad

Oh, and squeeze cheese - because you can use it to train dogs to like the bathtub, the vet, and you can even stick it between those basket muzzles for the aggressive dogs to get a treat. ;)

You'll never get them smaller than a latte cup size . . . and talk about the ultimate ankle biter
You are such a negative Nellie. I personally drink tea out of very large cups anyway.

My thought is that many of the young celebs could really use a dog small enough to fit in a purse, cute enough to dress up, and capable of taking down the paparazzi and/or Ryan Seacrest. I'm shipping my first pick-of-the-litter to Lindsay Lohen free of charge - think of the free publicity!
