I get that people love their dogs and the more odd they look the more people seem to love them, but join reality for a minute please. If you're breeding dogs that couldn't last a week on their own, maybe you should rethink your breeding practices. The problems we breed dogs with is astounding. Is it so humans can feel more human and caring, like they caring for a helpless creature?
I don't understand showing in it's present form. I know lots of people have fun and work at it very hard. A good number of those people that do it on a less grand scale have good dogs and are genuinely good people, but I gotta wonder just how good of an endeavor is it, when the the "destination" or goal is something like what is represented at these big time shows? It doesn't seem feasible, ethical, or practical.
