That first dog looks straight up Boxer to me. I don't see any AB in it whatsoever. He's nice looking though!

I thought so too . But the papers i have says : Boxer / Am Bulldog Cross .
The reason i think she MAY be crossed , is her height . But she isnt done growing .

holly is stunnign :)

my "racers" dont run officially but man are they fast when they get going...
i dont have pictures of them running, because well my camera doesnt have a fast enough shutter speed even in "sport" mode...

most people dont think of cresties as racers, but theres lots of evidence that the origional cresties developd from terriers and sighthounds (and there genetically closest to the basenji)

Jasper whos only about 8 months in this picture and still muscling up

he has caught squirrels! and yes they will run straight up a tree!
Jaspers not yet quite as "fast" but hes also smaller and doesnt have quite the stride she has, but hes got a smaller turning radius so can usually out manouver her.

and ruby, whos 2 in this picture, shes a powderpuff but ive been keeping her shaved for the summer...
im letting it grow in now for the winter, we'll see how i feel come mid spring as to whether ill be letting her grow her full coat or if im going to shave her down again.

ruby is insanley fast, she doesnt run she flys (they run like racing hounds with a full extension like a cheeta, most of their running time is actually spent with all 4 feet off the ground lol.)
ruby favores chipmonks which she thinks are just live action fetch toys...and yall know how fast those little devils can run. shes never killed a chipmonk, she and jasper have both however killed rats.
ruby is also a champion digger! lol

Hailey is too dainty (or maybe lazy?) to go running after things like that :p

It does , but when it runs , and looks at you , the "smile" looks like a pit/american bulldog , one or the other.

Meg says the best way to win a race is to scare off the competition:

She can stretch her stride

compress it

And corner like a cutting horse

as long as she doesn't forget to bring her head along with her

Great pics everybody. BB, she is very cutting horse-like. I love watching animals in motion.

Getting ready for take off...

Hmm I think your dog is a pure boxer.. (anyway you can't have papers for a crossbred... unless you saw the parents do the deed I would just say you have a boxer as your dog is a nice example of a pure bred boxer and looks nothing like a bully breed at all)

as for racing pics.. :D
