ewww....

Am I the only one opposed to this?
No, you're not the only one opposed and "ewwww" grossed out by the thought.
The phrase "Don't touch me and don't even think about it." comes to mind. ;)

On the original post ... funny list, but like most of those "list" thingys it's grossly exaggerated. Seriously, it's not quite THAT bad except for the few women who do have severe problems, and honestly they should consult a doctor. Low-dose BC, among other things, could help at least lessen severity.

I have never had severe reactions. Any reactions at all are entirely physical and not so "horrible" that I can't do what I want or need. A couple Advil works wonders. It's mostly just a bother dealing with it for 5 days a month, and just in case I don't wear white during.

Honestly, if I had a guy, and I didn't have physical feminine issues that would prevent me from enjoying sex, I would be trying to get in his pants a million times a day because my sex drive skyrockets when my monthly friend rolls around. It didn't used to be that way, I used to have this highly irregular period and my sex drive would be non-existent during that time. But when I lost weight and my period become regular, UP went the hormones! :yikes: lol

I don't get cramps... I get back pain and a uterus that feels bruised during my period. being POKED in that area does NOT help... orgasm or not lol.

I'm tired, bloated, have a sore back and a sore front and I just want to lay on the couch and feel sorry for myself. lol

PLUS it's a free week a month to milk it and be spoiled :D

I agree that the list is over-exaggerated. . . we usually only have a few of those things at once, not all of them together.

Sparks, no one spoils me. :( I am jealous of you.

Wow what a jackass. I'd be seriously pissed if a doctor told me that.

All I know is that I do my best not to turn a period into an exclamation point. If the pain/discomfort is real or exaggerated, it doesn't matter. I just don't want to get yelled at for walking through the room without carrying chocolate.

You may have unraveled the secret to why most men don't live as long as women :D
