NFL.com - Pro Bowl Ballot

Michael Vick who was sent to prison for dog fighting and torture of dogs is now on the verge of making the NFL Probowl. This is not only a nice pay check for him but is an honor he doesn't deserve.

Please go to NFL.com - Pro Bowl Ballot and vote for Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady and or Peyton Manning (Heck vote for Jason Campbell if you want). The three guys I mentioned are leading with Vick. Vick is currently number 2, which means he gets to go and play in the game. Lets make sure that doesn't happen.

You can vote as many times and you want so please do.

Please cross post and get as many people on board as possible!

voting for Brady or Manning won't do any good. They're in the AFC, Vick is in the NFC, so it would have to be Rodgers and somebody else other than vick from that conference. Vote Brees, he's the man, on and off the field.

Voted!

Even my mom was going on about how if he learned his lesson, isn't he good to go? I'm sorry, but I just don't think that people who will beat a dog to death with their bare hands have a lesson to learn. I don't think that you can just un-learn being a sociopath.

exactly! He didn't make a mistake. He was involved in on going vicious cruelty. I just hope he doesn't become a big hero again.

I Voted for Eli Manning Giants and Mark Sanchez Jets. Also posted to Lola's face book page:

Vote for whoever you want except Michael Vick. He does not deserve to even be playing football professionally after what he did to those dogs let alone be in the pro bowl.

My little brothers friend (13) thinks that he's the best. I got mad. Apparently he says that the dog fighting was done at his house, not by him. Grrrrrrr! He ADMITTED to it, and even if is WAS just done at his house, its still killing dogs!

Voted, by the way...

People can rationalize away the worst stuff. The dogfighting wasn't even the worst of it. What he did to the dogs that didn't perform.....:yikes:

I just wish there was the same outcry against those who have been convicted of beating their wives and children.

What he did to "euthanize" the dogs was beyond cruel. But today, a dog's life means more than a woman's or a child's. At some point in time I think I woke up in Saudi Arabia it seems.

And no, he won't "un-learn" it. But signing these petitions, IMO, isn't going to "show him" any lesson either. Sociopaths do not care what other people think.

And let's face, many rescues, in a very sick way IMO, profited big time from all this. This was their 15 minutes of fame they were oh-so waiting for. And let's see: some got paid an outrageous amount to take in dogs only for them to wharehouse such dogs for the rest of those animals' lives (in cages and pens...that's humane...wait, isn't that what Vick did?). Some rehomed the dogs only to have the owners let the dogs "oopsie" keep bolting through the doors only to end up with one dog getting needlessly and painfully hit and killed by a car.

I don't know. The whole situation is a sore subject. And I don't find anyone in the right here.

I agree.

That being said.. I voted for Drew Brees and Matt Ryan for the NFC.

Someone has to pay the $$$ back to society. If he didn't have a job and do so, WE would be stuck footing his bill should he have filed for bankruptcy as he was going to do at some point. I personally believe he needs to have a job and pay back every dime he cost taxpayers.

Not saying the schmuck shouldn't have a job, just that he shouldn't have been allowed back in professional football, making ridiculous amounts of money again. I hate listening to the media fawn over him...
