Umm, ya............no thanks. Not only does it look ridiculous, it can not be very comfortable to the dog. I mean.....HELLO......walking around with a plastic bag flapping on your booty, that will make an enjoyable walk

Sadly, if this thing catches on the smallest bit, I can see some towns trying to make it mandatory for dog walkers
