Question then why are there breeders that register under APR? I may be wrong but AKC is not the only purebreed registery that counts! Ukc, Akc, Apr and ckc!

apr is another registery were you send in a picture and they give you papers with breeding writes. that makes their whole registery junk. No way around it.

I could go to the pound,get a mix that looks like some breed and get papers on it and claim they are great dogs and I'm a great breeder! What a joke!

So to answer your question they are not good breeders but doing the bare minimum to get by,byb.

Hey, if you want a puggle get a puggle just go to a shelter or rescue and get one, not a pet store. Alot of people that buy these designer mutts don't know what they are getting into and end up dropping them off at the shelter. So if your heart is set on a puggle you can get one from there and still not be supporting pet stores. I know people have mentioned about their personality and health concerns, that's very important. Mutts are likely to have health problems and temperament problems. Just watch out. But hey, you can to watch for that no matter where you go. You are just increasing your risks getting a mix, but every dog needs a owner.
