We actually found our realtor through our mortgage broker... he gave her our information and she called us.
We're closing on July 31st (pending the home inspection goes well... which will be this week). We were really picky as well... we wanted 4 bedrooms, all tile/wood floors, fenced in yard, and after looking at 20 or so houses we found "the" house.
It's been very stressful, but it will be worth it in the end (I think, lol)

We have a list. House must-haves, house preferences (but would be okay if the house didn't have) and house bonuses (would be way cool if the house had it). I started basic with this one realtor, gave him the specs (4 bed, 2 bath, sq. feet, etc) and the listings he emailed back were all withing our price range and within our spec requets. We're meeting with him tomorrow night.
A few months ago we were looking at open houses, the second house was THE ONE.. if only we could have afforded it. :rofl1: I hope the realtor is up the task... we know EXACTLY what we want, he just has to get us the best deal.
