I volunteered to help out with making some different courses for my club thinking it would be easy... Well I can't seem to think of anything! The space we have is kinda small it's 85" long and 36" wide but we can only use half of that 36" so more like 18".

We have 6 jumps, 1 A-frame (12 feet), 1 tire jump, 1 table (2x2) , 1 dog walk, and 1 teter that I don't have any mesurments for) 1 tunel, 2 weaves, 1chute, and I think thats it. They want the handler to start on the left and have at least one change of direction. (rear cross, front cross ect.) Not all of the jumps have to be used, but they want all the other stuff out there.

I looked into clean runs course designer but that didn't really help me, because it was hard for me to imagine all of the equitment in there, and I just kept putting up courses that we have ran before. Some new ideas would be greatly appreciated, they need at least 3 in by Thursday.

Use this Browse Course Maps Use bits and pieces of things you think will work from judge designed courses. Probably want the lower levels from varying venues.

I design courses all the time using my CR course designer for classes and fun matches here. What level are the dogs? Starters (novice), Advanced or Masters/Excellent?
What kind of classes/courses do you want? Jumpers with/out weaves? Standard? Gamblers?

I can whip up a course in short order, scan it and send it to you but I need to know some stuff first. How many poles for the weaves and what is the spacing between the poles? How long is your dogwalk, regualation sized (36 ft) or smaller? That size of area is really small, how much do you normally put between the obstacles? How wide are your jumps, 3 ft or 4 ft? Wings on the jumps? Spread jumps? Double? Need much more info to do this and quickly, let me know if you want the help. Keep in mind I also teach all evening and I am busy tomorrow as well :)

Even if you volunteered, why isn't the instructor doing it? Most students until they get to a higher level have no idea how to do this safely and correctly.

Why do they have to start with the dog on the left? (just curious :D)

The dog walk is standard length, the jumps are all just single jumps, no wings, there are 6 weave poles in the weave set and the whole thing is about 5ft long. They want jumps, the tire jump, the tunnel, the A-frame, the weave poles, the teeter, te cute, the table, and the dog walk used. We have 6 jumps that can be used and 2 sets of weave poles, we only have 1 of everything else.

We are mostly novice, but there are some advanced in the group too. I really don't know why the trainer has me doing it, but this is my first year in the club and I have to figure out everything and what to, and not to volunteer for! As for staring on the left i don't really understand why eathier, but he also wants one change of direction.
