And while he was sitting at the computer with me, Emma was tormenting him. Like this.

Today Chili did this.

Rolled over... (OMG aren't those paws the cutest thigns you have ever seen?)

And stared.

Note:

Yes, I do know that in some of these pictures he has ticks on him. All were promptly removed. I just didn't have tweezers on me and the damned little things already attached themselves. I can't put any of the flea-tick crap on him yet because I'm taking him to the groomer's Saturday. So he and I get fun little tick checks after every outing. And still, as "observant" as I am, I manage to miss some. But it's okay, they are all viciously murdered in the end.

Great pictures! I must have a very untrained eye - where are the ticks? You can see them in some of these pictures?

I went back and looked and I can only spot two tick. They are the grey things on his muzzle. We had a bit of a tick nightmare today... Middie was fine, of course. he's taking everything like a trooper (even his first time in a car and going to the groomer and getting to meet a bunch of friendly, well-mannered kids). I was the one who broke down crying and fainted.

PW, you can deeeefinitely come steal Chili. Not. :D I mean, if you want to deal with her crap LOL. She's as complicated as I am. But much more sensible. (and beautiful ) She'd beat up Fro and Izzy though. :( She's a lovely girl, and I am honored to share my life with her. She reminds me of how honored I ought to be every day. And yes, she is a tortoiseshell.

Red, he's 1/2 English Springer Spaniel but shares almost none of his mother's physical traits. He has her muzzle... that's kinda it. He has her personality though--sweeter than chocolate. He's just under one year and six months.

Thank you all for the compliments. They mean a lot, and I am passing them on to him.
