Looking for a few high quality link partners. I do not want to link to everyone. I am keeping my link partnership to a minimum. I would like to add no more than 2 or 3 from any given breed and keep my link count low. Again I am looking for high quality links, Web Sites with high traffic counts and few links.

Gamedogs, Thanks for the response. I am looking for non-competing kennels or other related links. I know hundreds of "PitBull" sites that would like to exchange links. Almost everyone breeding Pitbulls knows me.

For someone wanting to exchange links, there is a lot to consider. For instance, Muglestons is very highly rated in traffic; that is important. However, he has hundreds if not thousands of outbound links. Having a lot of outboand links greatly diminishes the value of the link. What you want in a link partner, is a site that is highly optimized for traffic and is very picky with who he links to.

I guess that depends. The American Bully crowd might know you. I bum around with folks who show and pull UKC/ADBA with standard-type American Pit Bull Terriers, and I've never heard of you. (Well, I did after you were promoting your kennel on a pit bull forum.) I'm more about quality than quantity, though. The important few know who I am, the rest can keep wondering. :D

First of all in discussing Link Partners you would have to be a GOOD breeder of a dog that represents his breed. Yours do not meet the standards of the APBT which makes your dogs *puke* American Bullies a.k.a Hippos. They are riddled with joint issues and other health issues. You are also advertising in such a way that IMO you are just as bad as a puppymill, credit card orders online, the over inflated price, 3 breedings a year and thats only whats still up on your site. The fact that you breed Gotti and Razors Edge another puke factor. The fact that I see NO gaurentee or titles or anything stating your direction to breed besides of course the money. No mention of any testing what so ever either oddly enough. But wait that might cut back on your proft.

You and breeders like you are ruining the name of the breed I love and cherish and that has been in my family for generations. Its "breeders" or should I say MILLS like you that are putting our breed under the bad spotlight because sadly our well bred dogs are being lumped with your Hippos. The dogs that gangbangers and the like use to look like they have more balls then they do. YOUR dogs are the reason things like BSL is being created. Breeders like you are what WE protest against and are trying to rid ourselves of.

Now why dont you look at a REAL APBT.

Basically if ANYONE here links with you they are stupid. If they want ANY crediability with anyone in the REAL breed of the APBT they wont gain it by linking to you.

Darkchild, nice looking dogs you got there. I would like to point out if I may, that you are overlooking three facts:

1) All of my dogs are registered with the UKC as "American Pitbull Terriers".
2) When a ban is placed on "Pit Bulls" in any given community, guess what my dogs are considered to be by any law enforcement or governmental agency? "Pit Bulls"!
3) Anyone who knows anything about the "Bully Style" dogs, knows they do not have the same drive and tenacity as your version of the breed. Therefore, it is not the Bully Style dogs as you claim, that are giving the dogs a bad rap.

How many people would love to argue with what you are doing (owning "killer" pitbulls)? Is is not enough that we have to fight BSL and those with uninformed prejudices, that we have to fight among ourselves?

Your dogs are beautiful, and I wish you and them the best.

Their point is that your breeding operation looks pretty unethical. (Seriously - if they are registered as APBTs why don't they look like them? If they don't fit their breed standard, why on earth are you breeding them?) When it comes to backyard breeding most people on this forum aren't very friendly. We don't like cleaning up other peoples' messes.
 
Clearly, opinions are going to vary... But to suggest that what I am breeding is "unethical" is insulting. First off, I take extraordinary care of my dogs and love them. All my dogs are housed in a heated building, away from the elements. All dogs have 3 outdoor play sessions every single day. I feed them some of the best and most expensive (Taste of the Wild) dog food. I have worked diligently to breed healthy and correct dogs.

If I were breeding dogs that I had to give away... that perhaps would be unethical. The Bully Breed dogs are in fact, in very high demand. They are a loving caring and loyal dog that deserves respect not ridicule.

Additionally, I am new to this forum and no one knows me, I realize that. I do belong to a number of other forums and will tell you, I do my best to respect another man (or woman). I may not always agree, but I respect and do not indulge in insults. For this reason I am not ashamed to put my face on my posts.
 
It's not how you're treating your dogs that is unethical - it's your breeding program. I'm sorry if it insults you, as that's not my intent (I usually jump straight to personal attacks when I intend to insult people. . . ;)) but when you're breeding dogs that are registered as a certain breed and don't even look like the breed they are supposed to be members of it's unethical. Responsible breeders breed dogs that fit their breed standard. If your dogs don't fit it, you are doing something wrong and need to be re-evaluating your breeding program. Out of curiosity, what is policy on returns? Do you take them back and keep them or rehome them?
 
sorry, your dogs do not even close to fit the standard. athletic, should never appear bulky, naturally agile. i'm not seeing that at all.

what kind of performance titles do you have on these dogs? what kind of health testing?

and pit bull is two words, thanks.
 
Every breed of dog that exist today is a variation from some "standard". At some point someone wanted to create something different (for whatever reason) and a new breed emerged. If our dogs were not associated with "Pit Bulls" and descended from such we would have a new standard established. Fact is, a lot of folks are falling head over heals for labradoodles and cockapos and the list goes on. So you give them a new name and suddenly, that makes it ethical? Listen, I personally, would love it if they had a different identity, but they don't.

I think you should do a search on designer breeds here, you'll get a very strong, almost completely united opinion against them. ;)
 
What kind of perfomance title does a poodle have? Does having such make it a better dog?
