You know, your doctor can probably help you find someone and keep it quiet that you're seeing a counselor -- just to keep your family from ragging on you harder.
Even if your school doesn't have a counselor, even speaking to a teacher may get you pointed towards someone who CAN help you in that capacity. I'm so sorry you're going through this, everyone deserves to have a home they feel safe and loved in.
