If I find a pair that fit in the hips and ass they are WAYYYYYY to long, if I find a pair that are the right length they dont fit right in the other places....
I have yet to EVER find a pair of jeans that was too long, lol! As for the rest of it . . . nothing is ever quite right. I used to be able to find these jeans that fit really well. I think the brand was Girbaud. I have plans on being able to get back into those jeans . . . I have them stored safely away . . . .
Well, see Im like 5'4 and I guess they expect my ass and hips to be smaller (remember we talked about that in a PM one time ) so every pair I find that fit, they could at the least be hemmed up about 6 inches...:lol-sign:
No jeans ever fit me length wise. Or if they do, I can't get them past my hips because 10 year old don't have hips. So I go for the closest approximation I can find in juniors and just deal with the excess.
Since, ideally, I wear a 34" inseam . . . well, you can see how I don't have a problem with pants being too long, lol! I've worn a lot of jeans tucked into boots . . .

I draw the line at cowboy boots. I will NOT wear cowboy boots. My favorite pair had buttons up the sides. They were taupe leather with nice heels, not too high, but just high enough . . . And then there is the pair with the denim uppers that fold down to a cuff. I did some beadwork around the top of the cuff to customize them.
I've got a nice pair of black suede thigh-high boots in my closet . . . just waiting to be taken out again
Hey, I wear a pair of RedWings 5 days out of the week. Can't tuck jeans into them though...and my hooker boots (which I do love) would look bizarre if I tucked jeans into those. But then again, I don't have any of the super-skinny "make to tuck" jeans either.
I dont either, most of my jeans are either flare legs or boot cut so they hang over my shoes anyway, but mine hang over so much I end up walking on them
Nope. This is the first pair of work boots I've ever boughten, but I love them to death. Even after they almost crippled me during the breaking-in process.
Yes! I have this problem as well. I'm 5'2, and everything is always too long. I really like American Eagle jeans... since they make 0 short and 2 short which are perfect.
I'm only 4'10 - everything is always waaaaay too long!
And of course I can never find my size in a short, so I have to get them hemmed which means I have to wait like, at least a week before I can wear my jeans.
I actually once found a pair of jeans at Old Navy that fit perfectly...but they're boot-cut and I hate boot-cut lol.
Hey Jess- I'm petite (4'11, and not getting ANY taller) but still have hips and I absolutely LOVE Seven For All Mankind jeans. They can be a little pricy but are WELL worth the money because they fit like a dream. I won't wear anything else.
I usually buy them at Nordstrom- the beauty of which is the fact that they'll hem your jeans for free! (I've given up on finding jeans that fit my leg length- it's just not going to happen). Nordstrom even makes it a point to ask what kind of shoes you're most likely to wear with them- I have a pair hemmed specifically for heels and one specifically for flip flops, LOL.
